Telehealth - How does it work?

We currently conduct all of our treatment sessions via telehealth. We use a secure video platform that complies with all Australian standards for encryption and online security.

Once you receive an appointment with one of our team, you will also receive a link to your telehealth session. It is recommended that you log in and arrive in our virtual waiting room 10 minutes before the start of your session.

You will need access to a good internet connection and a device with both audio and video capability.

If internet connectivity is an issue due to your location, please contact us directly for alternative arrangements.
