Do I need a referral?

A referral is not essential but if you are wanting to access a Medicare rebate for services you will need a referral through your treating physician and a mental health care plan. Some medical practitioners can provide this information directly to us.

You can access services without a referral by simply making contact with us directly.

Some health insurance providers may also provide cover for these services. Please contact your health insuring to check before booking a session.

How long are sessions?

Each session lasts between 50 and 55 minutes.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions costs $245 before any rebates or subsidies.

Do I need special equipment / software to access telehealth?

You will need a reasonable internet connection and a computer or device that has audio and video connectivity.
