Zeke Hodgetts
Director | Psychologist

Zeke brings a diverse background in school psychology with experience across the Goldfields and South West regions of Western Australia. Now based in Perth, he adopts a warm and friendly approach in his practice, supporting clients to feel respected and understood.

Trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Zeke collaborates with clients to identify the approach best suited to their individual needs. He has worked therapeutically with both adolescents and adults, tailoring support to achieve meaningful outcomes. Zeke has also worked with a range of clients with various learning difficulties - including challenges with attention, memory, and reading - to help them understand how those difficulties impact daily functioning and mental health.

In addition to his clinical work, Zeke has a background in applying organisational psychology principles. He uses a system approach to support change within organisations and leadership teams, particularly where they may be struggling to thrive.

  • Working with people at risk of self-harm or suicide

Brett Kipling
Director | Psychologist

Brett has over 30 years’ experience providing psychological services across Western Australia, working with individuals and organisations in both metropolitan and regional/remote settings. He is passionate about providing quality psychological support for those who might not otherwise be able to access it. With training in CBT, SFBT and Clinical Hypnotherapy, he assists people experiencing anxiety, depression and a range of mental health concerns.

Brett is passionate about improving wellbeing within communities through education, training and workplace support, and continues to provide guidance to parents navigating a range of parenting challenges. As well as providing individualised support, Brett works with organisations to build healthier workplaces through planning and training, including offering tailored professional learning for the mental health workforce and members of the community who regularly support others with their mental health.

Kathryn Kirchner
Psychologist

Kathryn provides psychological services to adults, parents, and young people over the age of 16. Kathryn is an experienced psychologist who has worked with adults, adolescents, children and their families across Western Australia. With over 20 years of living and working in the Esperance and Kimberley regions, Kathryn understands the unique joys and challenges of regional life and is committed to providing psychology services in areas where access can be difficult.

She brings a warm, inquisitive energy to every conversation, seeking deeper understanding and meaningful insights to foster wellbeing and connection. Kathryn has a special interest in working with women, and with parents experiencing difficulties within the child-parent relationship.

Kushca Botha
Psychologist

Kushca is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. Originally from South Africa, she is a native Afrikaans speaker and a second‑generation immigrant. This background gives her a deep appreciation for the complexities of cultural transitions and how they can shape our mental health and identity.

Kushca works with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, anger, low motivation, low self-esteem, and difficulties with concentration and memory. Her approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. She sees therapy as a collaborative process that uncovers your strengths and empowers you to move toward meaningful change.

Reaching out for support is a courageous step. Kushca’s approach is to walk alongside you, offering understanding, guidance, and encouragement as you work toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Tamika Romanczuk
Psychologist

Tamika is a registered psychologist with a extensive experience in the non-for-profit sector, she has supported a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds and cultures, from youth to adults, through individual counselling, group therapy, school-based counselling. Working with individuals 13+ she uses a person-centred approach and enjoys connecting with her clients holistically and collaboratively. With training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, she uses these various therapeutic techniques to address issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma.

She has a special interest in working with neurodiverse individuals, providing tailored support that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences. Tamika is deeply passionate about helping individuals gain profound insights into themselves and navigate their life stressors. Her compassionate and individualized approach ensures that every client feels heard, understood, and supported on their journey to well-being.
